Thank you for choosing Desiree Lydia Designs as your graphic design resource! We look forward to working on your project, but first we need you to read the following policies and procedures and sign off.
If we haven’t agreed upon a set rate we charge by the hour.
Hourly Rate: $70/hour, 1 hour minimum
Additional Rush Charge: +$25/hour (projects needed within 24 hours)
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to book your spot in my schedule.
- 50% is due when the project is complete, but before I hand over your final files.
- Your final payment is due 14 days upon receipt. If payment has not been made by the 14th day, a 5% interest will be added every 7 days until your payment has been completed, starting on the 15th day.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days. After 14 days we will need to re-quote the project
- Please read over your proof carefully to avoid any errors (spelling, wrong contact information, etc) on print items. We will not send anything to print without an emailed or signed approval to a proof. Your email/signature releases Desiree Lydia Designs &/or Desiree Kisil from all responsibility for errors and omissions on a print item. If the item has already been sent to print, Desiree Lydia Designs &/or Desiree Kisil cannot stop production. If you need to have an item reprinted because of an error, we will be happy to do that, but you will be charged the full print cost for the second print, as your proof approval signifies release to print.
Any project that remains in proofing or is put on hold while we wait for content for more than 20 business days will be put on hold and will be billed for any time spent up to that point. When the client is prepared to restart the project, time will be billed per hour from then until completion.
